No. 2 on the all-time live tournament earnings list adds online title to the resume
The final table for this week’s GGPoker Super MILLION$ played out with several names that could be considered the top tournament player in the world. Out of that lineup emerged a champion with an almost unmatched poker resume.
Justin Bonomo battled through perhaps the toughest final table ever on Super MILLION$ Episode 35, coming away with his first win in the GGPoker weekly $10,300 buy-in tournament. Bonomo came away with a $430,646 payday with the win.
Bonomo’s victory came in his 15th Super MILLION$ appearance, with Tuesday marking his second final table run in perhaps poker’s most prestigious weekly event. Bonomo sits at No. 2 on the Hendon Mob all-time tournament money list, with more than $49 million in earnings.

Fierce final table ends in Bonomo win
Bonomo outlasted Russia’s ‘RRomashka’ (2nd - $332,073) in heads-up play to clinch the Super MILLION$ victory. ‘RRomashka’ spun up wins in a $100 satellite and a $1,000 satellite to qualify for the $10,300 Super MILLION$.
‘RRomashka’ realized the biggest return on investment of all final table players, turning that original $100 satellite entry into a $332,073 payday. The Russian player, real identity unknown, entered the final table as the tournament chip leader, riding the big stack to his biggest career cash to date on GGPoker.
Petrangelo entered the final table second in the chip counts, with PokerShares installing the high roller tournament fixture as the betting favorite going into Tuesday’s play. Petrangelo notched a third-place finish for the third time in the Super MILLION$, with Tuesday’s result pushing his career GGPoker earnings over the $3.4 million mark.
Other final table finishers included ‘OscarBrown,’ (4th - $197,452), one of the biggest underdogs at the final table according to poker shares.
Martirosian came into the final table just behind Petrangelo in both the chip counts and the PokerShares betting odds. The Russian tournament crusher seems to be picking up right where he left off after a career-best year in 2020, and now sits with more than $11.8 million in earnings on GGPoker.
Yan made his fourth Super MILLION$ final table appearance Tuesday, while Episode 35 marked the ninth final table run and 15th cash in the Super MILLION$ for Astedt.
Other final table finishers included ‘DannOss’ (7th - $90,532) and ‘Face-0’ (8th - $69,810).
