Who loves mystery bounties?
The answer to that is no mystery; these surprise-packed tourneys have truly captured the imagination of the poker world in recent years. The possibility of pulling a massive prize - without even finishing in the money - has obvious appeal for any tournament player, and 888poker is doubling down on that with the return of its Mystery Bounty Festival (MBF), March 17-26.
There’s more than $1m guaranteed across the series, with the $215 MBF Main Event alone promising $300,000 in prizes - including a mystery bounty ticket worth $30k in cash. Day 1 for the ME begin on March 17 and run through to March 25, when Day 2 will take place.
The final table on March 26 will be streamed live on 888poker’s Twitch channel, as will the conclusion of the Opening Event on March 18.
Buy-ins from $5.50 to $215
The second year of the MBF features a packed schedule including turbos, PLO, 6-Max and more, and caters to a wide range of bankrolls with buy-ins starting at $5.50. Freerolls and cheap satellites will also award seats, with step-satellites available from just $0.01.
