Cash game specialist takes down GGPoker’s flagship weekly tournament
Super MILLION$ Episode 47 included the usual lineup of high-stakes tournament crushers. Arguably the most prestigious weekly poker tournament in the world, the $10,300 buy-in tournament regularly generates unfathomably tough lineups at the final table.
This week’s edition of the GGPoker High Roller tournament saw one of poker’s cash game greats step outside of his comfort zone and post a major tournament win. Wiktor “Limitless” Malinowksi emerged victorious in the Super MILLION$ this week, running to the win and a $394,852 payday.
Malinowski’s reputation is built on cash game prowess. The outspoken Polish poker pro appeared on Joey Ingram’s Poker Life Podcast last summer and issued an open challenge, inviting anyone in the poker world to take him on in a heads-up match.
He specifically targeted Fedor Holz while issuing the challenge. That led to one of the more interesting matches of the current heads-up challenge poker craze, with high-stakes cash game crusher Malinowski colliding with high roller tournament legend Holz.
That challenge didn’t end well for Malinowski. Super MILLION$ Episode 47 proved that “Limitless” can handle his business against the world top tournament players, however.
Malinowski’s win on Tuesday marked his first career Super MILLION$ victory. He outdueled Dario Sammartino (2nd - $312,889) in heads-up play to clinch the tournament win.

Malinowski tops loaded final table field
Malinowski’s only previous final table appearance in the Super MILLION$ saw the boisterous Polish pro come up just short of the win. The February 23, 2021 Super MILLION$ final table ended with a second-place run and $349,222 payday for Malinowski.
The player known as “Limitless” topped both of those marks with his Episode 47 finish. Malinowski entered final table play seventh in chip counts among the final nine, looking up at names like Guillaume Nolet, Aleks Ponakovs, Sammartino, and David Peters.
None of those high-stakes tournament fixtures could outlast Malinowski, however. Other top finishers included Ponakovs (3rd - $247,939), Ami Barer (4th - $196,472), Nolet (5th - $155,688) and Peters (6th - $123,370).
Yuri Dzivielevski (7th - $97,761), Luke Reeves (8th - $77,468), and ‘judd trump’ (9th - $61,387) rounded out the final table eliminations in Super MILLION$ Episode 47.
