WPTGlobal is sending in the big guns.
The WPT Global Ambassadors will take to the virtual felt to compete in weekly WPT Global Discord Channel tournaments, each with a $500 bounty on their head.
Every Sunday in March and April, WPT Global players can battle against WPT Global Ambassadors like PhilIvey, BradOwen, AndrewNeeme, Jonathan "apestyles" VanFleet, and Ethan "Rampage" Yau.
The $10 weekly tournaments will carry guarantees of $2,500, but with the bounties in play, there's much more to compete for.
Each week, WPT Global will announce via Discord which player, or players, has a bounty available to win. Multiple bounties could come into play on any given week, so be sure to keep an eye out to know who to target.
As an added bonus, if any player manages to knock out a bounty Ambassador in back-to-back weeks, WPT Global will award them an extra $1,000. If any player pulls off the three-peat, they win an extra $5,000 bonus on top of the three $500 bounties.
There are two leaderboards for players to compete in during the Ambassador Takeover -- with over $7,000 in tournament tickets up for grabs in March and $10,000 worth of Spring Festival entries available to win in April.
The first leaderboard runs from March 3rd through 24th, with more than $4,500 in Sunday Slam entries for the player that tops the charts.
The WPT Global Discord Tournament starts at 2:30pm ET every Sunday. In the final week, all leaderboard points are given a 1.25x multiplier, meaning you can still challenge for the big prizes right up to the final game.
