The next stop on the 888poker/Grosvenor UK Poker League tour is Manchester and a visit to the 'capital of the North' marks the midpoint in the UKPL’s inaugural season.
With Coventry, Edinburgh, and Luton already in the bag, players will be drawn to Manchester’s Grosvenor Bury New Road Casino for a full week of poker action, culminating in the £560 Main Event.
Every stop on the 888poker/Grosvenor UKPL tour has the same seven events, named with the idea of reflecting the brand’s online offerings:

UKPL/Grosvenor Main Event
The flagship tournament, with a £560 buy-in, boasts starting stacks of 30k, 40-minute levels, a big blind ante format and unlimited rebuys.
There are four starting flights running over Thursday to Saturday (April 18-20) and everyone that bags for Day 2 will be in the money.
Day two is the traditional Sunday 'play down to a winner' where the big money awaits. Last month, Ian Swan emerged as the winner in Luton after a three-way deal, picking up £24,530 and a chunk of leaderboard points.
The UKPL Manchester Main Event, as with all of the tours Main Events, will be live-streamed from Day 1 on the Grosvenor channel. The final table will be live-streamed on the 888poker channel.
